69 blogging days past due!
Can it really be September?
July and August, along with the rest of the year has just buzzed on right by. Here are some things that we have been up to the past 69 days...

The first part of August we finally decided to give in and list our home with a Realtor.  I'm a control freak, so the thought of losing some of the control with using an agent really turned me off.  We had tons of showings FSBO.  We had one older couple that made a verbal offer that we agreed on, we arranged a time to write up a purchase contract and they backed out literally at the last moment.  A week later, they came back wanting to purchase again.  And guess what happened?  They backed out again! Serious cold feet I guess!  I also had another previous buyer come back after listing with my agent. We wrote up a purchase contract, agreed on everything, and then her financing failed!  This is really testing my patience!  We have had a few nibbles the past week, and we are hopeful that an offer will be placed soon.  We'll see!

I tried jumping on the Bountiful Basket's wagon.  Wasn't to impressed by the freshness of the fruits and veggies, so I haven't tried it again.  Sure was a bargain though to get all this produce for only $15! I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that wasn't satisfied because EVERYONE is obsessed with it!

Justin renewed his driver's license.  Usually not the funnest of occasions, especially when you sit in the DMV for 2 hours just waiting in line for something that should take 10 mins.  I'm sure he'll *love* me posting this on the world wide web, but it's to funny not to share his before and after pictures.

BEFORE:
This is pretty much what he looks like right now...
Sorry the pics are horrible quality- they came off my phone, and I had to crop some info out of them so it made the quality worse!

 AFTER:
This is what his new DL picture looks like! AHAHAHAH!! Doesn't even look like him.  He looks like he's gained 300 pounds and was beat up right before the picture was taken. ahhaha!! I can't stop laughing!

Gotta love the DMV's camera and photography skills! hahaha!!

------------------------------------------
Gibson and Ellie came to visit.
They love riding the Razor...
We went fishing....Where Gibson caught a fish!
He even wanted to eat it for dinner, so Grandma cooked it up and they had a fresh fish dinner.  He said it wasn't as good as the fish from Seattle. ahha..
 ----------------------------------------
We've been camping a few times... (for some reason my camera has been on sleep mode... or... maybe I'm the one on sleep mode) This last weekend (Labor day weekend) we decided to go by ourselves and have no itinerary.  So we packed up Saturday and went up to Cottonwood in Idaho. My dad has made a road on his families land to a personal campsite nestled in a bunch of pine trees. Perfect place for relaxing, and very private.  I love not having to camp right next to someone else.  We took our dogs and let them run free.  They loved it, and were so pooped by the time we got home.

Doesn't Justin look overly excited?
Nothing like being out in the peaceful wilderness.  We took our razor, thinking we were going to go on a ride- but we only rode it for a matter of 10 mins.  Instead our time wast spent next to a fire, eating delicious camp fire meals, napping, and just relaxing.  It was a perfect weekend! Can't wait to do it again!

That's it for now!  Let's hope September goes by a little slower!

I have a couple of things to say:

First, holy crappy luck in regards to your house issues. Been there. I feel for you

Bountiful basket's food seemed to last longer in the spring, in the late summer it has seemed to get ripe too fast. I keep mine in the fridge and it lasts about three times longer. I buy the basket every other week, so each basket lasts me two weeks... Well a week and a half, really.

Justin's ID picture. Hahahahahahahaha ha! Haaaha!

Holy smokes! Ellie looks just like Julie in that picture of her fishing.

Oh my gosh that picture of Justin is HILARIOUS!!! Who knows, maybe after waiting 2 hours you could gain 300 lbs and get beat up! Or maybe I would just rather do that then wait 2 hours!
